I had a delightful stay at this hotel, mostly due to its beautiful property and the outstanding service from the staff, especially Kaitlin and Mo. The lagoon activities were a huge hit for my family, and the dining experiences were top-notch at both Papaya Club and Sophia's. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with valet parking and some of the food being overpriced.
